Getting started

Create a free account with just your email — no deposit and no card required. Then open the brands page, pick a partner casino, and register there through your tracked link. That link is what connects your play to your account, so cashback can only accrue for casino accounts created through it.

Earning cashback

Cashback is currently calculated on your net losses — what you lost minus what you won — at each partner casino. It is processed daily and typically lands on your balance within 24–48 hours of play. Under the current rules, if you win overall on a given day there is simply nothing to pay back. Either way, your balance never goes down because of play.

This is how cashback works today. Because it is a loyalty programme, the rules can change — see "Can the cashback rules change?" below.

Tiers and rates

Your tier depends on how many partner casinos you have qualified at, which usually means making a first deposit and playing there. Bronze starts at 5% and the ladder climbs to 10% at VIP. During special 2× events every rate is doubled for the duration of the event. Current rates and thresholds are shown on the site and apply going forward; we announce material changes in advance.

Can the cashback rules change?

Yes. Cashback is a loyalty programme that we fund out of the commission casinos pay us, so we may change how it works over time — the rates, the tiers, and the basis cashback is calculated on. Three things are always true when we do:

• Changes only apply going forward. They affect play from the effective date onwards, never play that took place before that date.
• Cashback already on your balance stays yours. It remains withdrawable in the normal way — subject only to our usual verification and fair-use checks — whatever changes afterwards.
• We tell you first. For any material change — a different calculation basis, a lower rate, or a higher tier threshold — we email you and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you would rather not continue, you can withdraw your balance and close your account.

Withdrawals

Withdraw your balance in USDT to a self-custody wallet at any time from the dashboard. Most withdrawals are approved quickly; larger amounts may require identity verification and can queue for a manual review. Withdrawal fees, minimums, and any limits are always shown before you confirm.

KYC and verification

Small withdrawals usually do not require verification. Above certain thresholds we are required to verify your identity before paying out. Verification runs through our partner Sumsub, takes a few minutes, and normally only has to be completed once.
